Ingredients
- 5 cups almond flour
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup butter
- 4 eggs
- 2 Tablespoons Xylitol (can use honey or pure maple syrup)
Directions
In a medium bowl, combine almond flour, salt and baking soda
In a large bowl, blend together butter, eggs, water, and Xylitol
Stir the dry ingredients into the wet until a nice dough forms
Roll out dough and use biscuit cutter to form biscuits or, use a 1 cup measuring cup, dust a little flour in the cup and press some dough into the bottom. Turn it upside down and pat on your hand until the biscuit falls out. Place it on a cookie sheet.
